Fantastic Stay with Great Hospitality

The breakfast buffet impressed me with its diverse selection and high-quality food. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, a superior double with a sea view. I could not get enough of the fine view.
Very stressful breakfast experience, waiters are stressed, guests are stressed. You have a buffet that is fairly consistent until food is over and that is it. Guests form lines across the room and it's noisy with the cutlery and chatting, by the time it's your turn you could have probably finished eating. If you just wanted to get some fruit you'll probably give up. In today's case there was no fruit other than canned. With no intention of reposition. I'm gluten and lactose intolerant I rely on fruit to have a balanced filling breakfast. As you go and sit by the balcony the sun is so strong it will burn your skin, you are hardly able to open your eyes, there's a only a couple tables in the shade but not enough. Tables are so close together if a group of four is sat next to you you won't be able to hear your partner. It might sound nice to have someone serving you but in reality they never served exactly what I want, if there's lots of it they will fill my plate without asking how much if there's little they try to stretch it, instead of getting more from the kitchen. Waiters talk about guest occasionally and other subjects not related to work, they shout across the room to talk with each other. On good days they will make an effort to be friendly and smile. I literally left the food in the table and left because: Table was in the heat, table it self burned. 4 guests next to the table chatting loudly. No fruit other than canned. no more fruit coming. The room was loud and crowded and I was rushed choosing an alternative for fruit. tomatoes?

The service by the pool was just atrocious. I ordered a burger and it came with a slimy, undercooked egg, and naturally, i wasn't able to eat it, just great.

The hotel entrance featured an excellent welcome area.
Breakfast service felt very stressful. The buffet lacked consistency. Items were not replenished when they ran out. The room was also loud with tables placed closely together. There was no readily available fruit besides canned options, so my options were limited.

i found the hotel to be clean and well maintained with very nice common areas. i noticed a great attention to detail that catered to my needs. the breakfast was very complete with options even for vegans. the spa added a nice touch to my stay and i made sure to take advantage of it.
the breakfast experience was stressful because waiters seemed overwhelmed and guests were stressed. the buffet was fairly consistent until the food ran out, and lines formed across the room. the noise from cutlery and chatting was loud i found that fruit options were limited.
